I’m an experienced neurodivergent relationship and psychosexual therapist working via Zoom, telephone and also offering face to face sessions in my therapy room in Overseal, South Derbyshire. So if you are looking for relationship or sex therapy for yourself as an individual, or for you and your partner or partners, you’ve come to the right place.
I work with adults of all ages, up to and beyond retirement, and with all types of relationship in a warm, supportive and non-judgemental way. LGBTQIA+, CNM, SW and Kink friendly. I can help you improve your communication, manage conflict, deal with problems in your sex life, cope with separation and divorce, and also help you through life’s transitions such as menopause, redundancy and bereavement. I’m warm, approachable, empathic and calm, with lots of life experience to bring to the table.
I’m qualified with an MA in Relationship Therapy and an MSc in Psychosexual Therapy, and I’m also a registered member of both the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), and COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists) and work within their ethical frameworks.
It can be scary to reach out to a therapist. But you’ve already taken the first step by reading this. I’m used to talking about difficult and embarrassing topics. I will help you express painful feelings, and make more sense of your problems. Then together we can work on them as a team. Get in touch to book your free short Zoom or telephone consultation, during which you can ask any questions you need to and decide whether to progress to therapy with me. Check out my website for more details.
